Angela Mao mania is taking over Japan...
King/Fortune Star/FILMeX got Angela to travel from the U.S. to Japan to make a very rare public appearance at TOKYO FILMeX 2007 on November 24:  She was at TOKYO FILMeX 2007 for a showing of her masterpiece Hapkido. King's Shaw Brothers DVDs have exclusive interviews so I think the chances are very good that we will see an interview with her on one of King's DVDs. If that isn't enough, King is organizing an Angela Mao Film Festival. In between her appearances at TOKYO FILMeX (November 24) and the Angela Mao Film Festival (December 1), she did multiple interviews for the DVDs and the guy who did the interviews has posted a few tidbits on his blog: http://blog.goo.ne.jp/dragonfever1127/ (in Japanese) The interviews sound awesome.
